Davidoff Classic
Restrained, dry, and the most European cigarette in the premium bracket.
In production since 1969
Far East buys every product it reviews at retail. We take no money from tobacco manufacturers, run no affiliate links and sell nothing. Prices shown are indicative retail in the product’s home market.
Our notes
Davidoff Classic is the anti-Marlboro: no casing sweetness, no cocoa, just a dry, cedar-edged blend that stays cool and never raises its voice. The leaf quality is obvious and the burn line is the straightest we measured.
It asks for attention and rewards it, which is unusual at this level of the market.
- Dry cedar note with no casing sweetness
- Straightest burn line measured
- Excellent leaf grading
- Reserved to the point of austerity
- Premium price without a premium pack

Tar and nicotine are the manufacturer or market-label declarations, measured by machine under ISO conditions. They do not describe what any individual smoker inhales.
Smoking kills. A high reader rating means people who smoke it like it. It does not mean it is safe, and no cigarette in this catalogue is safer than any other.
